Workplace Bullying and Harassment Training

Workplace harassment is a high-profile issue for organisations and one that requires careful, confident handling. When not managed effectively, it can lead to employee relations challenges, legal risk and reputational damage. Employers also have a clear preventative duty to take all reasonable steps to prevent harassment in the workplace.

Our workplace harassment training is designed to help organisations prevent, recognise and respond to bullying and harassment with confidence and consistency. Delivered by experienced employee relations practitioners Jane and Emma, the training takes a practical, seminar-style approach, focusing on real workplace situations and supporting fair, respectful and compliant outcomes.

Tailored respectively for employees and leadership teams, our bullying and harassment training ensures everyone understands what harassment is, what to do if concerns arise, and how issues will be addressed in practice.

Why is workplace harassment training important?

Workplace harassment can have a significant impact on individuals, teams and organisational culture if it is not recognised and addressed appropriately. Unclear expectations, inconsistent responses or a lack of confidence in handling concerns can increase risk, damage trust and allow issues to escalate unnecessarily.

Effective workplace harassment training supports organisations to take a proactive and preventative approach. By ensuring employees, leaders and people teams understand what constitutes bullying and harassment, how concerns should be raised, and how issues will be handled, organisations are better placed to respond fairly, consistently and in line with their responsibilities.

This bullying and harassment training is designed to challenge everyone to consider their own behaviours and support those who may experience, witness or manage concerns in the workplace. By focusing on practical understanding and real workplace situations, the training helps delegates approach sensitive issues with clarity, confidence and professionalism.
