Workplace Investigations & Hearings

Being asked to conduct a disciplinary or grievance investigation can be daunting. Getting investigations right means ensuring that your employees are treated fairly and respectfully and that risk and cost to your Company is reduced.

Our training is designed to equip investigation managers to conduct fair, compliant, consistent and positive investigations, using the right tools and techniques. Our 2-day course is split into five modules, each focussing on a key element of the investigation process and concluding with the disciplinary hearing. Delegates have the opportunity to put theory into practice using our bespoke case study throughout the course.

Course Details:

  • Delivery: In-person (virtual options available on request)
  • Format: 2-day interactive course, delivered by Jane & Emma
  • Duration: 2 days (approximately 6 hours per day)
  • Participants: 10 – 14
  • Materials: Workbook provided per delegate, sample templates, course completion certificate 
  • Cost: 
    • Corporate booking: fixed fee of £7950 per course for a maximum of 14 delegates
    • Individual booking: £795 plus VAT per delegate inclusive of refreshments and lunch

  • The disciplinary hearing – understanding how to chair disciplinary hearings and the appeal process
