Preventing Harassment in the Workplace
Workplace harassment is a high-profile issue and one which, if businesses and People teams are not able to manage, can lead to employee relations issues and reputational damage. All employers have a preventative duty to take ‘all reasonable steps’ to prevent harassment in the workplace – an essential step to ensure everyone who works for you understands what harassment in the workplace means, what to do if they experience or witness it, and how you will handle any complaints of harassment. We have you covered with our comprehensive seminar-style training courses, delivered in-house or virtually and tailored for different audiences in your organisation.
